Course progress displays not working

Recently my progress markers in several of the Pathways are no longer showing the blue in the circle for progress. Also the chapter progress link is missing. This link had led to a separate page that showed a blue dot for any chapters already completed in a specific course. Some pathways ask for Enrollment although already started or completed. Was there an update that has put my browser out of compatibility or is this a system wide issue with Pathways progress?
