Prosthetic Nose
I have a co-worker who is wanting to create prosthetic noses for a stage production of The Scarlet Pimpernel. They are completely new to the world of casting and molding but are experienced in applying stage makeup and prosthetics, mainly latex via spirit gum, not super strong in the sculpting world. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to teach them personally. I haven't watched many of your courses in this area, so what I would like help with is this:
Which course would you recommend I point them to?

Prosthetic Makeup Basics - Gelatin Facial Appliances - Part 1 and Part 2. From lifecast to makeup. Specific appliance done in this course was a nose but is basics for the entire process including recipes.
Gelatin is a good introduction to making your own prosthetics as it's inexpensive and easy to work with. The same mold could also be used to run a silicone nose as well.
Our character sculpting lesson with Bruce Spaulding Fuller covers making a nose, in addition to a full character. The series starts with sculpting and has follow-up courses covering mold making and casting.
