Coupon Applied, but Charged Full Price

I bought a yearly subscription to your online courses. I applied the coupon code HALLOWEEN2020 when I checked out. After the week free trial, it seems to have charged me full price. Is there someone who can help me with this?

So sorry about that. I've reported the problem to our customer care team and they will be resolving this issue as soon as they are back in the office!
