I have worked on indie horror games for 5 years in isolation... online in America new York and Arizona,
Enjoy these monsters... drawing/designing monsters is I want to do in life.

Best of luck.. for everyone.. entering.
If I may, I would like to suggest creating a wider selection of characters/creatures that are wildly different from each other. Although, creating gory monsters can be a great deal of fun, there is rarely an opportunity to do only that. More often than not, as a designer, you will be asked to create designs for a vast variety of things. From Super heroes, to dinosaurs, aliens, animals, robots, toys, etc., you could be asked to design nearly anything. So, the more of a variety of well done designs you can present, the more likely you will be concidered for the next job.
If you haven't already, I would suggest that you check out the work of Carlos Huante, Aaron Simms, Jordu Schell, Constantine Sekeris, Patrick Tatopoloulos, and Neville Page, just to name a few. You will see that their work covers a pretty wide range. While they all have a particular unique style of their own, they all can show that they can adapt to the style requirements of any specific job. While they have all designed gorey monsters, from time to time, it is not all they design.
I think you would greatly benefit by checking out Shannon Shea's 3-part "Business of Making Monsters" webcourse series, The Business of Making Monsters - Part 1 | Stan Winston School of Character Arts , The Business of Making Monsters - Part 2 | Stan Winston School of Character Arts , The Business of Making Monsters - Part 3 | Stan Winston School of Character Arts . Also, of interest, you may get a lot from Eddie Yang's lesson, Production Design: The Process of Creating a World for Film | Stan Winston School of Character Arts . There are also several videos present on this site regarding designing in ZBrush & Photoshop. I highly recommend them.
Off-site, you can find a great deal of useful stuff at The Gnomon Workshop | Professional Artists Training with Tutorials in Visual Effects & 3D Animation Software , ArtStation , Art Workshops | ConceptArt . And, Cubebrush - Curated digital assets & resources , Gumroad . These are just a few valuable resources. If you spend a little time searching Google, I'm sure you will find an UNLIMITED wellspring of additional resources that can help you get even better at what you do. (If only we all had today's internet, back when most of us first started out...)
The current market is EXTREMELY full of incredible artists, working as concept designers. DO NOT let that discourage you in any way. Everybody needs to start somewhere. And, with time, determination, and concentrated effort, you will rise to the level of the best in the industry, perhaps even surpassing them one day. You never know until you try. But, whatever path you pursue, NEVER give up. No matter how discouraged you might feel, from time to time.
Good luck, and never quit!
One in 2012 all was effecting my health..and I did the best and quit for sale of my health.. doing all this was making miserable/ and unhappy.
I am 41 now.. I am too old to do all this now.
