@Craig Caton-Largent In the last class, you setup the servo limits in the Maestro Control Center before starting up VSA. I then assume that these limits are recognized by VSA? I normally set my limits in the VSA software itself. Are you doing this to protect the servos/mechanisms from the initial power up of VSA ?
Yes, to both questions. I like setting the limits in the Maestro so the VSA can't muck with them on startup. That being said i have still seen the VSA software over riding the limits of the Maestro so be watchful! - Craig
Well, I just couldn't leave my Dragon Head alone! Was having issues with Version 4.0 VSA working with the Polulu board so I upgraded to V5 pro. Got everything working only after finding my servo power supply was under-powered, causing violent jittering during programming. Will be uploading a video later today.

Very excited to see this finished.

Independent eyelids installed.
Attached Ball Joints to lower jaw then attached to head.
Lower jaw installed and looking for a place to put the servo.
Movements completed so far: Eyes up/down left/right, independent left/right eye brows, Mouth (servo not installed).
I had to leave the class early - so do you have one or two servo's for the jaw?
