Samurai Predator Body Suit
Hello, I’m Wilfred, an SFX makeup artist and prop maker from Hong Kong. Here’s my Samurai Predator suit, it’s a big project for me but it’s so much fun as I’m a fans of Predator.
The overall concept is inspired by Takayuki Takeya’s classic design, but I re-designed the sculpture details, muscle structures, and paint scheme myself to give it my own spin.
Body Suit: Sculpted the whole body by hand using WED clay, then cast it in silicone. I spent a lot of time working on the skin texturing and multi-layered paint patterns.
Armor & Weapons: Sculpted in Zbrush and resin 3D printed with the arm blades craft out of EVA foam.

Props: The hanging Xenomorph inner jaws props is sculpt in Zbrush and casting in silicone.
Mixing traditional clay sculpture with 3D modeling for this build was a blast. Hope you guys like it!
