Here's my March/April project so far... I just recently started a whole build. I'm making a predator suit from scratch based loosely off the Hippie predator from the Lost Tribe at the end of Predator 2. I've been sculpting pieces, molding, painting, and fabricating.

So it's latex in some parts, a part foam and latex body suit, EVA foam in others, and more... a little mixture of everything, so the Stan Winston tutorials have definitely been great for some tips and tricks on things like the musclesuit which I had never done before.

It's not finished yet, but it's getting there.

This year has been a bit funky for me and I finally decided to pick a path and stick to it. Too many partially done projects to choose from. I decided on a Billy Ray Cyrus cosplay impersonation attempt because my hair was the right length to avoid any serious hair work other than coloring and styling. Current Billy Ray 2025.

My elements include costume, jewelry, hats, scarves, partial face shaping, facial hair trimming and faux additions,lip work, nostril reshaping, prop guitar rework and makeup. No eye changes were needed except bagging out the puppy dog look that he is famous for and is a technique I worked out last year for Orlando bloom. Not a pleasant process to watch, a little excorcist like, but it works. Added the plexiderm, again, to remove the eye bags but did not use the scotch tape flattening on crows feet as he does have some present.

I will put together a full thread for "Billy Ray Cyrus Impersonation Cosplay Costume" but for the workbench thread, here are my first round results. More to come in about a month. I had to rush the photos because I was volunteered to be Bard the Bowman at school and it required shaving. I'll post the next days Bard below.

Ha!!! My buddy on rherpf said, "Now you gotta do the achy breaky heart era." I said, "I already did. i was 18 I think. Should be at least one picture without mold on it here somewhere."

Hi everyone! 
This last year I gave space to my huge passion for monsters and beasts...so here are some of my latest creations. 
They are all made of clay, painted with drybrush technique...what do you think? 
Every advice will be appreciated!

How did you get that cool water eruption effect on Godzilla?

Hi Darrell!!

The water eruption effect is really easy to obtain.

After positioning on Godzilla normal cotton wool, with a brush i simply covered it with epoxy resin.

Once dried, you get the water explosion effect .

Here Is the picture of another creature, in which you can see better the effect.

Working up a Final Chapter Jason Voorhees...kind of different from the standards. This one will be in silicone as a display bust with a machete prop in the head

Since moving interstate and starting a new job, I haven't done a whole lot of prop making - though, about a month ago, my family brought down my 3D printer, so I've been printing out some of the helmets that I've modelled in the past to update photos for them - all shrunk down to 40% scale, since I certainly do not have the furniture space to store full sized ones yet!

I'm working on recreating George Barrows's famous Gorilla suit used in so many movies and TV shows. Finishing up the head. Next step will be hand tying Yak hair to a mesh body suit.

Recently I’ve been working on a concept for a prosthetic appliance to look similar to Tom Holland. I have also been creating a concept for a custom Batman cowl.
