Animatronic ear mechanism

Hi, I'm just trying to think of a simple, one servo, animatonic ear system for a make up, just to make the ears go up and down.
Any links or suggestions would be great.

That all depends on the scale of the character and the anatomy involved.
One option is to have the servos elsewhere on the head/body and use cable linkages to connect to the ear mechs.
The components of the ear mech could be attached to a vacuum formed shell that fits the contours of the head, allowing for a rigid base.
But that all depends on the character design.
