The Riddler and Baby-Face

"Riddle Me This? Riddle Me That! Who's afraid of the big black Bat?" The Riddler comes out into the streets of downtown Gotham City with little Baby-Face to have fun. Dress is the Riddler's hand-made questionable Question Mark green lycra suit and jacket with ?s everywhere, blower hat, mask, ? bag of tricks and his golden weaponry Question Mark ? cane to aid him in his villainous thievery of the good people of Gotham. The Riddler has so much material left over that he decided to make a 'mini-me' of himself and designed a smaller version for Baby-Face.
