This video file cannot be played. (Error Code: 232429)

Just started my free trial and sampled several videos but now all I get is Error Code: 232429. I was in the middle of making a script that would pull the Materials lists for all courses and maybe my test code caused my account to be flagged for pinging the server too much. I have no idea.
Firefox v153.0.1
Chrome v150.0.7871.189
Windows 10

UPDATE: I'm also unable to send a message via the "Contact Us" page. I filled everything out and checked the Captcha box which showed successful but when I click to send the message it keeps showing a popup with "Oops! Captcha verification didn't pass. Please try again."
