Workbench for model making

Good evening all,
I'm about to start the model making course and I wanted to see if anyone has suggestions on what size workbench/table I would need. I have the space for a 72" x 36" but not sure if I need something that big. Any recommendations, product suggestions, anything I haven't thought about would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    My main advice is to plan around your work style.  Find a bench that is high enough that you can work at it comfortably while standing, without having to bend over too much, as that can be hard on your back and neck.   And then find a good tall chair that lets you work at the same bench while sitting.
