So, late, late last night I finished Ron. Lots of technique here but I will create a full Ron thread and cover the makeup, effects, costume and props separately. After I finished the meme, I was just too tired to post so here is my closest comp pic to the original meme. The mole is there too but focus was lost after it became a meme.
Update, link to full thread:

I am working on new monster gloves. I built a couple of left and right hand armatures out of Loctite Spray foam with a wire frame underneath. I used that to build my monster gloves on. I made the fingers and thumb removable to make it easier to remove. Problem is I am still having problems demoulding the gloves. Broke one of the armatures and the hand is caught inside the monster glove. So I have need for advice that is divided in A and B questions.
A: What can I do to remove these gloves now to salvage them?
B: I need to know if my plan for building my next pair of hand armatures as thin as possible, down to the wire frame and just sculpt the design of the gloves in clay, make a two part mould and then use the hand armatures as the core to make the gloves on will be the best way to go about it or if anyone can advise other wise.
These will be Special effect latex gloves that fit like a second skin for the wearer. Do the stretch material will be added to the armatures post putting them in the moulds for the final results.
Here are some pics of the current ones I’m struggling with. Your advice will be very much appreciated.
I just have to finish the bottom and a little on the backside before I mold it.
Grossed out and scared😈 I made the pooh out of latex, cabosil, old peanut butter cereal and some corn.
