Adding acrylic teeth to finished latex mask?

Hi all,
Is it possible (or even a good idea) to add acrylic teeth to a finished latex mask?
I'm attempting a Rick Baker style Wolfman and just can't accept sculpted latex teeth, especially since I'm going to use Kanekalon and Yak hair. I am planning on sculpting the teeth within the sculpt, removing them, cast in silicone, mold in dental acrylic and glue them into my finished mask.
Please excuse the attached picture. Not even close to being finished. Just roughed in.
