I can't cancel my subscription.

Hello. I want to cancel my subscription, but I can't! My free trial is ended, but it's constantly try to withdraw money from my bank account! When I click Cancel Subscription in my accaunt settings nothing happens!!! I already wrote you about this problem via support messages and facebook. No response.
I need to cancel my subscription!
