Have any of you ever had any experiences making a hydro cal mold off of a firm, but flexible foam bust. Can it be done?

As long as the piece you are casting is flexible enough to be demolded (so it does not lock into any undercuts) you should be good. Just use a little bit of release on your part to help make the demolding step as easy as possible.
