Alien sculpture input

Hey everyone an alien sculpture I'm working on need to change the ears and widen the neck at the bottom of anyone has any insights or input. I also don't know whether to change the whole face as I think it's a bit generic not sure yet.

I wouldn't worry about the face looking generic. Just focus on making it the best design possible. Look for those graphic elements and the one singular feature that will inform the rest of your sculpt. In this case, I see two. One is the long neck but the other could be the ears. My first thought is to droop the lobes down lower and to lead the tops of them up much closer to the horns. Do you need the horns? Again, pick a single design feature that defines your sculpt and let it inform the rest of your decisions. I cannot stress that enough. Otherwise, it will be too busy.
