Eyeless and teethless head forms?

Just wondering if anyone makes eyeless (open sockets) and teethless sculpting head forms?

If not, what is the industry way to add prosthetic eyes and teeth to your sculpts?

    One option is to make your own sculpting armature using metal threaded pipe, armature wire, and bulk it out with aluminum foil.

    Monstermakers used to have an armature called "Bonehead" that would be a good option if you could find one.  Not sure if they discontinued it or ran out of stock, but I don't see it on their site.  You may be able to find one elsewhere, or something similar.

    Otherwise, any type of skull-like armature could be a good starting point.
