Basics of Drawing Centor Sketch

Just finished my first course, was my first time seeing all the stages of a sketch layed out properly, I attempted my own Centor but failed on scaling,  I think my mistake was where I put my reference pics,  I had pics taped to wall beside me rather than taped in front of me. redoing project with reference photos placed better.
did you do a centor? what did you do? and what did you learn?

Nice work!  Keeping consistent scale can be a real challenge, but over time it will start to come more easily.

One thing that can help is a set of calipers, so you can measure as you sketch, or in this case, measure after to learn what areas you can work on next time.  This can also help train your eye to identify scale based on form, white space, composition, etc.
