The infected is the first line of combat of the Necrobionts.  Its long league allows it to capture its victims and bring them close enough to make use of its superdeveloped claws. But short distances are not his only domain. it can also spit acid. The development of the atrocious structures that emerge from the infected come from the necrobiont parasite that feeds on their central nervous system. A "small sacrifice" in exchange for turning into a killer machine. Sculpted in Z Brush and rendered in PS
