Gypsy Tiger is a character designed and applied for the Seattle Tattoo Expo a couple of years back. His face is a one piece foam latex base with a felt skin and punched beard. The wiskers are feather cores. He also has upper tiger teeth. His paws are felt gloves with foam latex pads on the palm.
