Realistic Psyduck Art Doll
Man really squeaking this in at the last minute haha! Decided to make a realistic version of Psyduck from Pokemon! Overall I'm pretty proud of how he came out. I learned a lot and can't wait to put those skills to use on future dolls. I hope you all like him too!
Construction: He stands just over 12 inches tall. His body is sculpted upholstery foam which I then sewed/layed faux fur over. His eyes are hand painted plastic spheres. The bill and feet were sculpted, molded then casted in resin to make them more lightweight. I still ended up having to weigh his body down with beads in the base though. And finally I used alcohol markers for the fur coloration.
