Anthropangadillo Breathing Creature Baby
A hybrid of a human baby, Pangolin and Armadillo. Both animals are on the verge of extinction so i created this hybrid to raise awareness for the species. Inside it has a handmade silicone breathing mechanism which is attached to a foot pump, you can pump it on demand so the creature looks like its breathing. This piece was sculpted with clay, casted using a fibreglass mould and filled with Platsil 10 Silicone. Finally I painted the piece using an airbrush gun and silicone paint pigments.1
