As my university project I created a replica static puppet of Fawkes the Phoenix from Harry Potter. This was my first time working with featherwork, so the Stan Winston featherwork tutorials really helped me out. Each feather was individually dyed and placed onto the model. Wow, that's beautiful! Amazing job! Just one question, which feathers do you use and where do you bought theme because I have got a project to build a puppet of a bird and I don't know what type of feathers using ? (synthetic or real ones from gooses or turkeys or an other animal) And what paint do you use to paint them? Ps: Sorry for my beginner english
