Dental Acrylic Supplier?

Seems like you need a license to purchase Dental Acrylic. Even Monster Makers doesn't carry it any longer. 
Does anyone know of a supplier?

Hi Craig,

Those are the same suppliers I'm familiar with.  Another option is places like amazon or ebay, but a regular supplier like the ones you listed is probably ideal.
