Looking for advise on molding a set of wings

Hey all, ive got a 11in sculpt that im needing to mold the wings for. Im open to suggestions on what the most practical technique would be for this mold would be. The wings have a cupped shape and pouring a typical box mold would be impractical and waste a ton of silicone. Should I make a brush on mold? What do you guys think?

You could lay up clay to the half way point along a seam (likely along the curved edge of your wing) which is called the case line.  Then you can make a 2 part mold of each wing.

The two part mold was the part I was trying to avoid due to the depth of the curve in the wings but its probably the course ill have to take. Thanks!
