Childs Lion Mask - Unique Twist on WOZ
Hello.
Entering the mask for my sons Lion Costume for this years Halloween.
The mask was made by myself from a cardboard box, duct tape and paper mache. I made a mash of paper and glue to build up areas on the head. I did not use a template or pattern, just made by viewing images of Lions hence the angles are off, and of course as I am a complete amatuer.
Painted first layer of color with white, then layered with oranges, browns and tried to add detail.
Approximate working time on the mask was about 3 hours, however with drying times included it took about 5 days.
Body suit was NOT made by me. Just the mask.
