Dementor with articulating arm extensions

in 2020 Halloween Costume Contest
I made this dementor costume for my daughter. The arm extensions are built on an aluminum frame and have articulated fingers that are controlled via lines hooked to her own, hidden fingers. The skin around the armature is silicone.

    What hinges did you use for the finger joints?

    I don't know that you will ever receive this but the link for the video seems to be dead and I am very interested in any more information about this build if you have it. Videos, other pictures, notes, sketches, anything would help. Much thanks in advance.
