A 2-fer Pennywise costume

October 2020 in 2020 Halloween Costume Contest

I made this entire Pennywise costume: the wig (brushed yarn glued to a swim cap), sewed the costume, made the boots (vinyl over slippers).
The second costume is Pennywise carrying Georgie in a box, an illusion costume.
