Zandalari Troll from World of Warcraft
The face and ears were sculpted in monster clay and cast in foam latex. They were then applied with prosaide and painted with pax paint.
The muscle suit is upholstry foam carved and glued to an athletic shirt which has had a zipper sewn in the back. The muscles were then covered with a stretch faux suede and coated in Creature Cast Rubber. Painted with acrylics.
All the armor was made form EVA foam. The tusks, nipples, finger/toenails are also eva foam The straps for the armor is 2mm EVA covered with a textured faux suede.
