Nixie of the Arctic
My submission is the Nixie of the Arctic. The idea was a Nixie (a water type fairy), but what she would look like if she lived in the cold, dark waters of the Arctic Ocean.
Teeth, hand webbing, cheeks, and seaweed clothes and hair were all made by me as well (wig was purchased, then styled). Makeup is also modelled by me.
