Gore monster
The prosthetic was sculpted by me out of monster clay, latex was applied in layers to build up the thickness and carefully peeled away with powder. The teeth are made of polymorph plastic and stuck to the prosthetic with latex. The whole thing was painted with whatever I could find in my makeup bag and copious amounts of fake blood.
