Well hiya Georgie, didn’t ya know I’m everyone’s favorite clown? 

This is my take on pennywise! This was created with a various array of lipsticks, and water activated paints I had. I’m from a small town in Southern Illinois, so the only access I have to fx  makeup is ordering it online, or from the spirit Halloween store once a year! (Haha) This took me about 5 hours total, and I’m very proud of the work I did. Thank you for taking a look!
