European Creature Maker needed for Low budget Feature Film

Hi There.
I'm looking for a freelance creature maker that can build a creature for a feature film that is shooting in September 2020.
This is fully paid also with material/flights/accommodation covered to shooting destination.
This is only open to European creature makers due to ongoing Covid situation in the USA.
I have designs so are looking for someone to build and then operate/puppeteer during the week monster section of the shoot.
