Optic Nerve Maquette
Hi All,
This is an original creature design that I have done and measures in at about 21" tall. I call him the optic nerve. The creature was designed and sculpted in zbrush and 3d printed in a slightly translucent material to give it a little depth. I cast the wings in a clear urethane and the giant, 12 inch eye was cast in urethane as well. He was painted with Createx acrylic paints, with some of those being pearl and sparklescent colors, to give it a dragonfly like shimmer.
