Toxic Sea Monster

I love the ocean and the mystery that there may be something unknown,  undiscovered,  and even a bit scary deep down in the depths. A lot of the creatures I create are influenced by this. I also have a drawing game I do with my son where we pick multiple animals to draw as one creature. This started while we were reading a lot about mythological Monsters. I call this creature the Toxic Sea Monster, partly because I love old Monster movies and also because we are having real issues that effect our Oceans and how this effects the animals that live there. I think Monster movies, creature creation, has been developed with some of these issues in min . What might humans create as they pollute the earth. It's a serious topic but creating these monsters is a fun way to process and Express the real fears we have. Instagram @artbylzb
