Working on the bracing for the inside- using PVC. Just fitting it in right now, will have to really fine tune this and brace it to the Rhino LOL

Thanks for the feedback. I still need to add a couple more braces and a "line" for the head...I'l work on that tomorrow though :-)

I think you need 2 pivot points if you go that route. One on top and bottom. You could push to in front of your face to add a bottom joint.

This is the top half of the body- the bottom half will also have bracing and will fast clip to the top bracing. I love your idea for the head and neck Peter, I will probably go with that. Thanks.

Well, I'm pretty late for this one! But for the record here's my design. It's gonna be all furry with latex face,  hands, antlers, lower legs and feet. I wanted to do the chest and belly in latex too, but we'll see how the time goes.
