Alien EVA foam
Made a small last minute Alien to sit on my shoulder for a cosplay. I carved eva foam and sealed with caulk. I used some wire for the fingers and got glue for texture, sculpted can cast a little mouth out of latex and 
air brushed and hand painted. Took about 10 hours to make. 
Everyone at the con loved it!
