Ice queen costume
The base of the crown is a soccer ball cut in half. Then I added several lengths of icicle ornaments using hot glue and clear zip ties. I then added a blue led strip behind the icicles to give it a blue glow. The staff was pvc pipe that was wrapped in blue and white leds. Then about 200 icicles were glued on. Fur fabric was added to the bottom to hide the battery packs for the LEDs.
