Using wet Telesis 5 ?
I found this tutorial very informative. I've always found Telesis 5 to be an incredibly effective glue, but it's terribly unforgiving. I always thought it was to be painted on the skin and the prosthetic, and then allowed to dry. Then the two dry surfaces are pressed together, and they stick really well. But one wrong move, and you've stuck the appliance in the wrong place or angle. But in the video, he paints it on, and sticks it down wet. It seems much more forgiving, but I'm wondering if it is nearly as effective that way. And if it is as effective, then why on Earth would we wait until it's dry to stick it? What am I missing here?

Chris Ellerby AdminIf you wait until it is dry you get a strong bond more quickly. Applying it wet means it can take a long time for things to set up, which can be good for adjusting things, but it will take a longer time to fully set and become strong.
