How can I change a big assymetrical part of the sculpture symmetrical?

i wanted to create a long line through the center of the mask but eventually realized that my vein and collar bone structure is completely assymetrical. And own worked sooo long on this. Any ideas how I could change this. It would be perfect if I could just pull everything a little bit more to the right side 😂

I would cut it out and replace in at the right point. So you have only to adjust the yearn ;-)
