Creepy victorian fortune teller
I created this look for my end of year show studying specialist media hair and makeup level 2. I wanted to create a victorian fortune teller, using inspiration from Marie antionette's wig with the ship, elaborate hair styles and jewels and the dark side of victorian freak shows and the characters who worked there. Wig was made by me and took 3 months of hard work. I used scar wax, alcohol paint and scab blood to create the hollow eye, inspired by the thought of fortune tellers having a third eye and the power to see things in their minds eye. I'm really proud of how my final piece came together.
