Did this for Battle of the Brushes 2019- NY.
The application took 3 hours, included a bald cap, 6 rubber-wear foam pieces, hand laid goatee and a head tattoo.
It was super fun to do
The look was based of old circus photos and Stand Edmonds' makeup for " five people you will meet in heaven". Since it was a competition I didn't get to choose the prosthetics.
