Rhino Cop

Demo’ed at IMATS London 2019. Rhino Cop is a sympathetic but brutish law enforcement officer. 

Face sculpted, moulded and run in baldiez encapsulated platsil gel 25 by myself.

Lifecasting, core correction and fibreglass positive tackled by me. 

Armour fabricated from EVA foam by myself (it lights up too). Three fingered hands and arms made from upholstery foam and skinned with latex by me.

Cowl and application assistance by Ed Yates.

Teeth produced by Fangs FX to my design. 

Various blenders were made as Ed made the cowl in Australia and we didn’t know until the day how well it would fit together. Not a single blender was used in the end 😀
