Colour changing pains or pigments for Latex

I got help to know that there are UV pigments, but it would be interesting if there is also something colour changing, like in day/sun light or in the dark, for for instance a vampire character.

Your best bet is probably going to be photochromic pigments. They will be white in the dark but change to whatever color pigment you choose in the sun. https://solarcolordust.com/t/white-to-color

Great thank you! DO you know a liquid base for painting on latex with it? And can you also mix these dusts?

That, I don't know. I've only ever used them in silicone paints. I know the paint base must be as clear as possible though. I'm sure the folks at that company can give you more info on applications.
