This was a cotton and latex prosthetic build. I built up the brow to look more angry. Then the mouth was built up to make a toothy grn. The horns and teeth are made of polymorph plastic. I painted with Mehron paradise aqua paints and a generic black cream paint. This picture is as high resolution as I can get.
