Please Help
I'm just getting started , and have been enjoying the couple of courses that I've ordered on dvd; however, I had a problem with one of the orders and one disc was missing. I've contacted customer care twice, and not heard anything. Can someone help please?

I'm happy to help! When did you reach out to customer service? It's possible they are working their way through a backlog after the 4th of July holiday here.
