Platinum silicone realistic skin release

Hi folks,  I'm currently involved in a project making a human body part (ultra-realistic hand) and was wondering how I might be able to simulate the movement of skin over underlying tissue.  Ideally, I would like to be able to slightly pull the "skin" away from  the hand if possible.  Is there a type of release agent I could use before applying the final layer of "skin"?  I do currently have the Mann mold release spray, so am willing to have a go at using that with a small test piece.  Any help would be very much appreciated.
Cheers!
Gary

I've not tried that effect using a mold release, but it might work well if you cast the outer skin like a glove, and cast the interior of the hand on its own, then assemble the two parts after casting.

I'm curious if the mold release option works for you though.  It's worth a shot!

Thank you so much Chris  That is an excellent idea!  Definitely didn't think of that one :-)  I will let you know how the mold release experiment goes!!
