Pennywise - It
Took first place with my homemade Pennywise costume. Hand sewed the costume, couldn't find an appropriate material for the neck piece, so ended up having to use the closest thing I could find. Other than that was quite happy with it. Created a partial face cast and created cheek prosthetics as well as a head piece that incorporated a bald cap to bulk up and texture the head.
