product that looks wet on foam latex?

I'm aware about clear epoxy but i need some other product that could make it look always wet but not become solid. I want to use it on foam latex and maybe also clothing. Suggestions?

    Hey Rose :-)

    I am using the "Smooth On- Psycho Paint" silicone paint system for my maskpainting.

    There is a solvent called Novocs gloss as an additive for that psycho paint system.
    That gives a really glass like gloss with the flexibility of silicone.

    I use these paints on Latex and siliconemasks and i could swear it works on foam latex pieces, too.
