Tutorial on weather effects?

I've really enjoyed my subscription so far, but with all these great tutorials on crafting, sculpting, mold making, miniatures and animatronics I sort of feel a lacking of effects like snow, rain, wind and ice on set. Will you guys please do a tutorial on that in the future?

    That would be very interesting.  

    They showed some amazing snow/ice weathering when the SWS went behind the scenes on the set of Harbinger Down.  Effects like snow can be hard to pull off without it looking like plastic flakes being blown around by a fan, and their set looked fantastic.

    Would love to see more about how that was created.
